Ponguor Waterfall is 20m high in the mountains. The water falls into a big lake producing a great noise, whose echo can be heard far away.

Pougour is the only waterfall where an ethnic festival takes place. Every year, on the full moon day of the first lunar month, refined beautiful young people of every ethnic group gather for a spring pilgrimage, climb up the waterfall floors in a desire for eternal Elysium.
